Revealed: The top 30 female fund managers in the world

A closer look at the leading risk-adjusted outperformers as part of our Alpha Female 2020 report.

The top 30 female fund managers

In a bid to uncover the top-performing female fund managers over the past five years, Citywire analysed the individual monthly ratings of every manager in our database. This was done as part of the Citywire Alpha Female study, which looks at representation of women in portfolio management.

Every month a manager carried a AAA-rating was worth six points, while an AA rating was worth 5, and A rating 4, and a + rating 3. These scores were added up over the five years to identify which female fund managers stood out across the world.
